EV characterization

Extracellular vesicles are an extremely heterogenous biological entity. Detailed characterization of each physical and biochemical attributes of EVs are needed for any potential utilization. We offer highly specific characterization techniques using top of the line equipment and highly optimized protocols.

Particle number, concentration and particle size distribution using Nanoparticle tracking analysis. Fluorescent NTA with co-localization is also available using both membrane dyes and specific antibodies.

Protein concentration and the enrichment of specific proteins using Western blot. Available for standard EV markers and customer specified proteins.
