About CONCEPTEASY

After analysis of the leftover cultured media, if the embryo transfer was made based on the results of the ConceptEasy test, the rate of pregnancy after a single embryo transfer would have been increased to 78%.

This is nearly twice more chance of pregnancy after a single embryo transfer.

Parenthood is one of the main expectations of couples, and inability or delay in achieving this causes is a burden to such families as well as to society. Although assisted reproductive technologies have brought solutions to many infertility patients, even after in vitro fertilization (IVF) the average implantation rate is below 30 % (around 1 successful implantation in three cycles).

One of the challenges is the poor accuracy of the methods to assess embryonic quality and capacity to the implant. The embryo selection for embryo transfer is mainly based on a morphology-based assessment of embryos by embryologists.

Non-morphological approaches have been successful in preimplantation genetic diagnosis and screening to assess the embryonic cell nuclear quality. However, these methods are invasive procedures. Non-invasive tests would provide better information on the molecular status of the secretome.

That is where the ConceptEasy test will help

According to a recent study, the rate of pregnancy achievement after 56 IVF produced single embryo transfer was 45%.

WHY

CONCEPTEASY

TEST

In the conventional practice of ART (Assisted Reproductive Techniques), the selection of the best embryo for uterine transfer is based on their morphology.

However, this method has not been successful always. Sometimes, the uterine transfer of the best quality embryo has failed to give rise to pregnancy. Therefore, some IVF practitioners have carried out double embryo transfer to increase the chances of clinical pregnancy. However, this has led to multiple pregnancies and complications related to that.

ConceptEasy test is a functional assay that can identify the best embryo for uterine transfer. It can predict which embryo has the highest potential to implant in the mother̕ s womb.

HOW

CONCEPTEASY

WORKS

We work with your embryologist and your doctor in your IVF clinic. After IVF, when your oocytes are fertilized and embryos are produced, they need to be left in the culture media for 3 to 5 days to develop.

Thereafter, depending on your agreed plans with your doctor, some of your embryos are frozen for future transfers, and some are transferred fresh to achieve pregnancy. Your embryologist can collect the leftover culture media of your frozen embryos and send it to us.

We will analyze these media for specific markers and tell you which of your embryos have the highest chance of implantation. Based on this information you can select which embryos to use for embryo transfer in the next cycle to have the highest chance of implantation.
